Granary Cottage is on the edge of an arable farm, near Wainfleet St Mary. It's one of a small terrace of converted farm buildings. You can walk around the farm and there's free fishing on the river that runs through it.
It sleeps six, with two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well kept and comfortable. The garden is enclosed and there's a hot tub and a BBQ.
You'll find a shop, a pub, and a bistro about a quarter of a mile away in the village. The pub belongs to Batemans Brewery, which is right there if you fancy a tour.
Skegness is about five miles away if you want a proper beach day. For a walk, you can follow the riverbank from the cottage.
If you're driving, Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are both National Trust properties within half an hour. Lincoln is further, about an hour's drive.
The facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. On-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs.
