Harbour View

Harbour View is one of three barns in Wainfleet St Mary, right next to the River Steeping. They used to be farm buildings. It's on the edge of the owners' farm and you're welcome to walk around the fields.

It sleeps ten, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's well-finished and comfortable, but it's a converted barn, so the rooms are big and the ceilings are high. It feels solid.

You've got your own enclosed garden with a patio and a hot tub. The hot tub is undercover. There's parking right there.

The river is just there, literally over the fence. You can fish for free in the grounds. You can walk or cycle along the bank straight from the door.

The barn is on the edge of the village. There's a shop, a pub, and a bistro about five minutes' walk away. The pub is on the same site. Wainfleet All Saints has a few more shops and a railway station. Skegness is about five miles away if you want the beach and the amusements.

Within half an hour you can get to Gunby Hall or Tattershall Castle, both are National Trust. The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for a drive. Lincoln is further, about an hour away.

It's a working farm, so you might hear tractors sometimes. Pets are allowed, up to two.

Everything you'd expect is here: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
