Harbour View
Harbour View is a converted barn near Wainfleet. It's on an arable farm by the River Steeping, which you're welcome to walk around. The river fishing on the land is free for guests.
The barn sleeps ten. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's finished to a high standard. The stairs are typical barn conversion stairs. They're there.
You have your own enclosed garden with a patio and a hot tub. There's parking right there.
Inside, it's been done out well. There are large windows looking towards the river bank. It's got the things you'd expect for a group: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and so on. You can bring up to two dogs.
Wainfleet All Saints is a small market town. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about a quarter of a mile away. The town has a famous brewery that does tours.
Skegness is five miles east. That's the traditional seaside bit, with a sandy beach and things like Fantasy Island. The beach is about four miles away.
For a day out, Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are both National Trust properties and within half an hour's drive. Lincoln, with the castle and cathedral, is about forty miles west, so just over half an hour in the car.
