Coley Cottage is here in Wainfleet All Saints. It's a barn conversion in our garden. You get the whole place to yourselves, it's detached. It's quiet but you're a two-minute walk from the shop and the pub.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well kept. The main room is open plan.
The garden is enclosed, there's a patio and a BBQ. You can park right outside.
Wainfleet is small but it's got what you need. The pub down the road does good food. The Batemans Brewery is here if you like a tour.
Skegness is about fifteen minutes in the car. It's the classic seaside there, with the pier and all that. For something quieter, the beach at Gibraltar Point is good. It's a nature reserve, so more about the walks and the birds. Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust runs it.
The marshes around Friskney are good for spotting wildlife. If you're into history, Gunby Hall is about half an hour away. Boston and its Stump are about twenty-five minutes.
Inside there's a TV, wifi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you bring them. Sorry, no pets.
