Church View
Church View is in Wainfleet St Mary, near Skegness in Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn on the edge of a farm, right by the River Steeping. You've got your own enclosed garden with a patio and a hot tub.
It sleeps up to ten people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star property, so it's well fitted out. Because it's a barn conversion over three floors, the stairs are a bit steep. Just something to be aware of.
You can walk along the riverbank straight from the door. The owners let you wander round their farm, and there's free fishing in the river on the grounds. You can bring two dogs.
The town centre, with a shop and a few pubs, is about a five minute walk. There's a brewery nearby that does tours. Skegness is about five miles away for the beach and things like Fantasy Island.
For days out, Tattershall Castle and Gunby Hall are both National Trust places and not too far to drive. Lincoln is about 40 miles, but it's a nice drive through the Wolds. The coast has bird and seal sanctuaries if that's your thing.
In terms of what's here: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
