Mr George
Mr George is one of our cottages in Wainfleet. It used to be part of the old Royal Oak pub. It's in the middle of the village.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles, and two bathrooms which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating so everything's in good order. You get underfloor heating downstairs and there's a wood burning stove in the living room. We leave you some logs to get started.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We take up to two. There's parking right outside and an electric vehicle charger.
Wainfleet itself has a few shops, a couple of pubs, and a train station. The coast is about five miles away. Skegness is the main resort there, with the beach and all the usual seafront things.
If you like walking, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is just down the road. It's good for birdwatching. There's also fishing on the River Steeping, about a mile from the cottage.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
For bigger days out, Lincoln is about a forty minute drive. Boston and its Stump is closer, maybe twenty minutes. The National Trust has a few places around the county like Gunby Hall.
