Salem View
This is Salem View. It's in Wainfleet St Mary, on the edge of our arable farm. The building was a farm stead from 1872. You get to it by a private track.
It sleeps three. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is open plan. There's a washing machine and the bedding is included.
The best thing is the position. It's right on the riverbank, on a bit called the Haven. You get a quiet view over the fields from the cottage and your own enclosed garden. There's a private hot tub out there too. You're welcome to walk along about 80 acres of our riverbank and farm tracks.
The town of Wainfleet All Saints is about a 15 minute walk. There's a shop, a couple of pubs, and the Batemans Brewery does tours. Skegness and the beaches are about a 10 minute drive away.
If you want a day out, Gunby Hall is a National Trust place about 15 minutes away. The antiques in Horncastle are about half an hour. Lincoln is further, maybe 50 minutes by car.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
