Oxley Cottage

Oxley Cottage is on our farm in Habertoft. It's a one-bedroom place for two people, converted from an old farm building. Everything is on one floor.

It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The kitchen window looks out onto the paddock where the alpacas are. You can sit outside in the enclosed garden area.

The bathroom has a shower. There's parking right by the cottage. We include bed linen and towels. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a dishwasher and wifi.

It's a quiet spot. The nearest pub is about two miles away in the village. For a shop, you'd need to go to Spilsby, which is just over six miles.

The coast is about eight or nine miles east. Chapel St Leonards and Skegness are that way. Skegness is the main resort. If you like nature, Gibraltar Point is south of there.

Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for driving or walking. The market towns like Alford and Louth are worth a look. Lincoln is about a 40-minute drive for a big day out to see the cathedral and castle.
