Ivy Cottage
Ivy Cottage is a bungalow near Sloothby. It's detached, in a quiet spot. You've got a south-facing garden with a patio, and a big paddock out the back.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms. Two doubles and a twin. There's one bathroom which is a wet room, with grab rails and a seat in the shower. The whole place is on the ground floor. Everything's level inside, so it's straightforward if stairs are a bother.
It's got all the things you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The conservatory off the kitchen is a nice spot to sit.
You can walk straight out onto footpaths and cycle routes from the door. The nearest pub is about two miles away by road, or you can cut across the fields if you're walking. It's not far.
You're about five miles from the coast. Chapel St Leonards has a sandy beach. There's a good walk along the sea defences from Sandilands to Mablethorpe, you can get the bus back. Anderby Creek and Sutton-on-Sea are along there too.
Other things within about fifteen minutes drive: Skegness, Mablethorpe, Butlin's, Fantasy Island. There's the natural stuff too, like Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
No pets sorry. There's parking.
