Ravenna

This is Ravenna, at Anderby Creek. It's a semi-detached house, about a minute's walk from the beach. The sand here is really good. It's not a busy place at all.

The house sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and works. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got a dog. You can bring one dog, by the way.

The layout is straightforward. There's a living room, kitchen, and downstairs loo. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the main bathroom. We've got a stairgate, cot, and highchair if you need them.

You can park right outside. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. The TV has Freeview and there's WiFi.

Anderby Creek itself is quiet. There's a cafe and a bar about fifty yards away. The village shop is a similar distance. For a proper supermarket, you'd drive to Chapel St Leonards or Skegness.

The beach is the main thing. It's sandy and long. You can walk for miles. They've built this cloud platform on the beach, which is an unusual thing. You can just sit and watch the sky.

If you want to go out, Skegness is about a fifteen-minute drive south. That's where you'll find the amusements and Fantasy Island. To the north, Mablethorpe is a similar distance. For nature, Gibraltar Point is about twenty minutes away. The seals at Donna Nook are a seasonal thing, about a forty-minute drive.

Golf is close by. Sandilands course is just down the road. There's also a coarse fishing lake here, it's a fiver a day.

Further afield, Lincoln is an hour's drive. It's a good day out for the cathedral and the shops. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for a drive.
