The beach is about a mile away. It's a proper sandy beach, good for a walk. The village centre is about the same distance. There's a shop and a pub half a mile down the road.
If you've got kids, or you're just into it, Fantasy Island theme park is two miles away. Butlin's in Ingoldmells is three miles. Skegness is five miles along the coast for the pier and the usual seaside stuff.
Locally, you can go fishing or horse riding. There's a golf course nearby too. For a day out further afield, Lincoln is about an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's parking right there, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
