Beck View is a barn conversion in Welton le Marsh. It's detached, so no one next to you. The name's because there's a beck, a little stream, that runs through the garden. You can hear it from the patio.
It sleeps two people. One bedroom with an en suite shower room. It's got a 5 Star rating, which in practical terms means it's very well equipped and has things like underfloor heating. The entrance and main living space is all on one level and wheelchair accessible.
The garden is yours to use. There's a barbecue and outside seating. Parking for two cars right outside. There's an electric vehicle charger too.
Inside, it's got a woodburning stove for colder evenings, a TV, WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included.
Location wise, it's quiet. The village shop is two miles away. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Alford.
The coast is about eight miles east. That's where Skegness and Mablethorpe are. Classic seaside towns. Inland the other way are the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good for walking and cycling. You can start right from the cottage.
If you want a day trip, Lincoln is under an hour's drive. The cathedral and castle are worth seeing. For motor racing, Cadwell Park circuit is about a 40 minute drive.
