Halton Lodge is in Halton Holegate, a village near Spilsby. It's a detached cottage, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. The garden is enclosed, mostly lawn with some flowers and a patio area. You can get out to it from the kitchen.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. There's also a ground floor wet room. The second bedroom can be set up with twin beds if you need it. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's a comfortable place.
The village pub is about 50 yards away, over the road. Spilsby is a mile away. It's got shops, a market, and places to eat. The local area is the Lincolnshire Wolds. Good for walking or driving around.
The coast is about ten miles. Skegness is that way for the beach. For a different sort of coast, Gibraltar Point nature reserve is within half an hour.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, and parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
Other things nearby: there's a golf course, and you can go fishing or horse riding locally.
