The Willows is out at Toynton All Saints, near Spilsby. It’s a bungalow, so everything’s on one level. The bedroom's got a double bed.
I get a lot of couples.
The second room they use as a twin, or as a kind of dressing room.
I think they appreciate having the extra space, and it’s not any extra charge.
There’s a wet room with a walk-in shower.
The heating works fine.
You’re billed for electricity on top of your rental, based on a meter reading at the start and end.
You’ve got your own parking space right there outside the front door.
The garden’s large and you’re welcome to use that private bit closest to the cottage.
We live in the main house, at the other end of the land, so it’s quiet.
The garden’s much bigger than you’d get attached to a normal house.
Spilsby’s about two miles away.
It’s a market town.
There’s a supermarket and a few pubs that do food, and butchers and the like.
It’s got everything you need.
For the beach, you’d drive out to Skegness or Chapel St Leonards.
That’s a trip.
It’s classic east coast, with arcades and wide sands.
If you’re coming from further inland, it's quite a change.
You’re on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
This is good countryside for walking.
The main thing for day trips tends to be Lincoln.
You can drive there in about 35 minutes.
The Cathedral is the big draw, of course.

There’s a washing machine.
Bedding and towels are included, so you don’t need to bring them.
