Willow Lodge
Willow Lodge is in Keal Cotes, just north of Spilsby. It's one of a few lodges right by the fishing lake. You can see the water from the main living area.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, and it's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well looked after. There's an enclosed garden which is handy.
The lodge is open plan downstairs. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi works fine. You can park right outside.
If you're bringing a dog, that's fine, we accept one. The local pub is about a hundred yards up the road. They're dog friendly and serve food. The nearest shop is in Spilsby, a couple of miles away.
Obviously, the main thing is the fishing. The lake is well stocked with coarse fish, including some big carp. You need to get a permit, which we can sort out. If you're not into fishing, it's just a peaceful view.
Spilsby and Horncastle are close for browsing the antique shops. The Lincolnshire coast, with its long sandy beaches, is about a half hour drive. Snipe Dales Country Park is good for a walk. Lincoln is further, maybe 45 minutes, but the cathedral is worth it, especially for the Christmas market.
