Butterfly Barn
Butterfly Barn is in Medlam, Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn from 2020. There are a few of them together, but you have your own bit. It's quiet, just fields around.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, which is handy. It’s got a 5 Star rating, which means it’s new and well finished. The main space is open plan, kitchen and living area together.
There’s a patio with a hot tub. The hot tub is yours to use. The garden looks out over a small river. You can fish there if you have a licence. There’s a BBQ too.
The village pub is about a mile’s walk. It’s a proper walk along a lane. They do food.
For a day out, the coast is about half an hour away. Places like Gibraltar Point have sandy beaches. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking. If you’re interested in WWII history, RAF Coningsby and the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby are about fifteen minutes by car.
Boston with the Stump tower is close by. Horncastle has a lot of antique shops if that’s your thing.
Facilities: it has all the things you’d expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. TV. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking right outside. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
