Butterfly Barn is in Medlam, Lincolnshire. It's a converted barn, done up in 2020. It's set back from the road, quiet, with fields around it.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's fairly new and everything works as it should. The main living area is open plan. It's all on one level, and the doorways are wide, so it's accessible if you have mobility issues.
You get your own patio with a hot tub. There's a BBQ there too. The garden looks towards the river. You can fish on site if you have a licence.
The village pub is about a mile's walk away. They do food. There's a shop there too. You can start walks right from the barn door, into the countryside.
It's about a 30 minute drive to the coast. Places like Gibraltar Point have good sandy beaches. If you're interested in history, the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby is 15 minutes away, where you can see the Lancaster bomber. The Lincolnshire Wolds are close by for driving or walking.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog. Parking is right outside.
