Sweet Briar is in Sibsey, about fifteen minutes from Skegness. It's a first-floor apartment in a barn conversion on our property. We live in the main house next door. You'll have the place to yourselves. The view from the living room is over open fields.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's been done up to a high standard. It's clean and modern. You get underfloor heating.
The apartment opens onto a private patio with a table and chairs. There's a pond and a garden area you can use. It's quiet.
There's a pub that does food about half a mile away in the village. The nearest shop is a couple of miles.
It's a good spot for exploring. Skegness and the coast are about a twenty-minute drive. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserves at Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore are close. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for a drive or a walk. Lincoln is less than an hour's drive if you want a day out to see the cathedral and the old part of the city.
What's here: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, private parking right outside, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you need it. Sorry, no pets.
