The Dovecote is on Bunker's Hill, near Lincolnshire. It's a detached place, just for two. It's a converted dovecote, so it looks a bit different. You'll see the old nesting holes in the stonework inside.
It has a five-star rating because it's been done up well and everything is new. There's one bedroom up in the mezzanine. The stairs up to it are a ladder style, so you need to be okay with that. It's quite sunny in the main room with big doors that open out.
You're on your own here. It's peaceful. The garden looks out onto farm tracks and fields. There's parking right next to it.
The shop and the nearest pub are about three miles away in the village. The pub does meals.
If you want to go out, Lincoln is about half an hour's drive. The cathedral is worth seeing. For the coast, it's about forty minutes to places like Skegness. If you're interested in the old airfields, the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby is about fifteen minutes away. You can see the Lancaster bomber there.
The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking. It's a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Inside, it's got everything: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. The shower is a walk-in one. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
