Cornflower Cottage is a converted barn on Scrub Hill, out in the Lincolnshire countryside. It's one of two, semi-detached with its neighbour. The place is peaceful.
It's a 4 Star property, so it's well kept. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is on the ground floor. The shower is good.
There's a private garden and patio area with a BBQ. Parking is right there.
You can walk or cycle straight from the door. The lanes are quiet. Fishing is about half a mile away. The local pub is two miles, so you'd likely drive. Boston is eight miles away. You can see the Stump from miles around. Their market is once a week.
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is at RAF Coningsby, which is only two miles away. You can see the Lancaster sometimes. Lincoln is about a 40 minute drive. The cathedral and castle are up on the hill. The coast at Skegness is about 20 miles, so half an hour or so in the car. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is out that way too.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
