River Cottage

River Cottage is in Stickford. It's a single-storey cottage, detached, so it's just you and the garden. The garden is enclosed and faces southwest, so it gets the afternoon sun.

It sleeps two, with one bedroom and one shower room. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been done to a high standard. It's very well kept.

You can walk straight from the door down to the riverbank. The cycle routes around here are good if you have bikes. The local fishing is popular too.

Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room, and a conservatory at the front where you can sit. The kitchen has an induction hob, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.

You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed, which is handy for that.

The village pub is about a ten minute walk away. They serve food. The nearest shop is in Spilsby, a ten minute drive.

For days out, Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is close. They have the Lancaster bomber there. The coast at Skegness is about 25 minutes by car. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for walking and driving through. The market town of Louth is about 25 minutes away, and Horncastle, known for antiques, is 15 minutes.
