River Cottage
This is River Cottage. It's in Stickford, in the Lincolnshire countryside. It's a detached place, so it's just you and the garden.
It's for two people only. One bedroom upstairs, with the shower room next to it. The cottage has a 5 Star rating. It's been done up to a high standard, so everything is new and works well.
The living room has a wood burner. There's a conservatory on the front that gets the sun in the afternoon. It looks out over the garden and the pond. The kitchen is modern with an induction hob and a coffee machine. Out the back is a fenced lawn with a deck and a summerhouse.
You can walk straight out onto the riverbank from here. The village pub is about a ten minute walk. The local shop is a drive, about three miles to Spilsby.
If you want to explore, the coast at Skegness is about 25 minutes by car. For a different day out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are inland, about the same drive. The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is very close. They have the Lancaster bomber there. Horncastle, which is full of antique shops, is 15 minutes away.
Everything is included: bedding, towels, wifi, and the electricity. There's parking here. No pets, I'm afraid.
