Chesterton Cottage is in East Kirkby, in Lincolnshire. It's detached, but it's in our garden, so we're next door if you need anything. The garden is yours to use while you're here.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one room upstairs, which is open plan. There's a double bed and two singles up there. One bathroom down here. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and has what you need, nothing too fancy. It is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, with a ramp and grab rails, but we should mention the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep.
The local pub is just over the road, about 50 yards. They do food. There's a shop 150 yards up the road. The main thing here is the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre. It's basically next door. They've got a Lancaster bomber that does taxi runs on the runway, which is quite something to see.
For beaches, Skegness is about 20 minutes' drive away. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for walking. Louth is a 25 minute drive, Horncastle is about 15 minutes for antiques. You can walk or cycle straight from the door into the lanes.
As for the facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine, all bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs. There's even a dog training place across the road if that's useful.
