Dawson Park 8

Dawson Park 8 is a holiday home on a small private estate in Mablethorpe. It's one row back from the main promenade, so the sea is a few minutes' walk away.

The house sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The place has a 4 Star rating. It's modern and comfortable, and everything is on one level so it's good for wheelchairs or if you don't want stairs.

Outside, there's an enclosed lawn garden with furniture. You can park right next to the house.

Mablethorpe itself is a classic seaside town. There's a long sandy beach, a fairground, amusements, and all the usual things. Queens Park has paddling pools for kids. You've got shops, pubs, and places to eat about a quarter of a mile away, so you can walk in for an ice cream or fish and chips.

If you drive south along the coast, you get to Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands, which are quieter for walks. Further south is Skegness, with Fantasy Island and Butlin's. North of here is the Donna Nook seal colony. During the breeding season in winter, you can see hundreds of seals and their pups from the viewing areas. It's worth checking the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust website for details before you go.

Inside, you've got a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are provided. We can leave a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
