Dawson Park 8
Dawson Park 8 is on a private estate in Mablethorpe. It's a holiday home, one of a row of them. They're modern, built for letting. You've got your own enclosed garden which is handy if you've got a dog or kids.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other has a bath with a shower over it. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything is on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about. The doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.
The beach is about a five minute walk away. It's a proper sandy beach, good for buckets and spades. The town centre with shops, cafes, and amusements is about the same distance. There's a local pub a short walk away too.
If you want to explore, you can drive south along the coast to Sutton-on-Sea or Skegness. To the north is Donna Nook. Between October and December, you can see the grey seals and their pups from the viewing area. It's a popular spot so it gets busy. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has the latest information.
Facilities: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, a cot, and a highchair. WiFi is included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. Parking is right outside.
