Orby Hall Studio 12
This is Orby Hall Studio 12, in Orby, Lincolnshire. It's one of twelve new studio apartments on the site, split over two floors. This one is on the first floor, so there's a staircase to get up to it.
It's a studio, so it's all one open space. The kitchen's at one end, the bed's at the other, and the bathroom is through a door. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean, new, and it does the job. The shower's a walk-in one.
Outside, you've got your own little patio area. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi.
The local pub is about a mile down the road. It's a proper village pub that does food. There are footpaths straight from here into the fields if you want a walk.
Skegness is seven miles east if you want the seaside. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is a bit further along that coast, good for birds. Gunby Hall is nearby if you like that sort of thing. The Lincolnshire Wolds are about a twenty minute drive inland.
