Billada Cottage is a two-up two-down in Firsby, Lincolnshire. It's on a quiet lane. Mainly farmland around.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep, just so you know. The rating's 4 Star. It's comfortable, clean, and recently done up. There's a wood burner in the living room. It heats the whole place well. The back garden is sunny. It's enclosed, so it's safe for a dog.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV.
The village is small. There's a shop in the next village, about two miles. For a pub, you'd drive to Spilsby, which is about ten minutes. It's a proper market town with a Co-op and shops. The coast at Skegness is half an hour by car.
If you like walking, you can go straight from the door into the fields and lanes. For a more organised walk, the Lincolnshire Wolds are close. It's good birdwatching country. You can drive to Gibraltar Point nature reserve near Skegness in under forty minutes.
