Rod & Line Cottage
Rod & Line Cottage is a detached house near Thorpe St Peter, Lincolnshire. It's five star rated, which means it's been assessed and meets a high standard for everything being in good order.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. You can bring two dogs. There's a wood burning stove and a private hot tub in the enclosed garden.
The main thing here is the fishing. There's a private, well-stocked fishing pond on site, included in your stay. It's catch and release. Rods aren't provided, you'll need to bring your own.
There's a washing machine and tumble dryer in a shared laundry room on the grounds. We provide two tokens for them free of charge.
The village is quiet. There's a local pub that does food. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Skegness or Spilsby. The Lincolnshire coast is about a twenty minute drive. The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking and are also within half an hour. The Gunby Estate (National Trust) is nearby too.
Inside, it's set up to be comfortable. Two good sized bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. One has a bath, the other a shower. Everything is clean and works as it should.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. The garden is fully enclosed.
