Orby Hall Studio 4
Orby Hall Studio 4 is a ground-floor apartment in a new block of twelve. It's just for two people. You get one open-plan room with the bed, kitchen area, and seating all together, and a separate walk-in shower room.
It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and modern. The entrance and the patio are wheelchair accessible, but the shower room itself isn't specifically adapted.
You're right out in the flat Lincolnshire countryside. There's a footpath from the back that goes straight out into the fields. The local pub, the Ship Inn, is about a mile down the road in the village. They do food.
Skegness is seven miles east if you want the seaside. For something quieter, Gibraltar Point nature reserve is a bit further south along the coast. It's good for birds and long beach walks. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about a thirty minute drive. They're nice for a gentle walk or a drive.
The block has its own parking. There's a small private patio area with furniture. Everything like bedding, towels, WiFi, and the TV is included. No pets allowed.
