This is Orby Hall Studio 9. It's one of twelve studio apartments in a new building near Orby, in Lincolnshire.
The studio sleeps two people. It's an open plan space, so the kitchen, bed and living area are all in one room. The bathroom is separate. It's got a walk-in shower. There's WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included.
The building has two floors. Studio 9 is on the first floor. There's on-site parking.
Outside, there's a patio area you can use. It's very quiet here. There are footpaths that go straight from the property into the countryside.
The local pub is about a mile away. It serves food.
If you want the coast, Skegness is seven miles away. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is good for birdwatching and is nearby. Gunby Hall is a National Trust property about a twenty minute drive. The Lincolnshire Wolds are also close, they're an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Facilities are straightforward: kitchen with appliances, parking, WiFi. No pets.
