The Lavender is a cottage in Burgh le Marsh, Lincolnshire. It's on a site with a few other cottages set in a decent bit of land.
The cottage sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's on the ground floor, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are fine because there aren't any.
You have your own entrance and an enclosed garden. It says pets are welcome, up to two. The living area and kitchen are all one room. It's open plan.
On site, there's a shared hot tub you can book with the owner. There's parking. You're about five miles from Skegness beach.
In the village, there are a couple of pubs you can walk to. For a longer walk, you can get out into the fields from here. The Lincolnshire Wolds are close by for driving out.
The coast is the main draw. Skegness is about ten minutes in the car. If you fancy a different beach, Chapel St Leonards or Ingoldmells are along the coast. It’s flat land, good for cycling if you bring bikes.
Facilities included: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, bedding and towels. Parking is on site.
