This is Sea Breeze House. It's in Skegness, off Drummond Road, so you're a five minute walk from the clock tower and the main stretch of beach.
It's a detached bungalow. Sleeps six, in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms, which is handy. One has a bath, the other just a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's in good nick, decently finished. We've kept it neutral, no strong colours.
The living room looks out onto the back garden. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog. You can bring one well-behaved dog, just please keep it off the furniture.
Everything you'd expect is here: TV, WiFi, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on the drive.
For the area, it's all on your doorstep. The beach, the shops, the arcades, it's all a short walk. If you want something quieter, Gibraltar Point nature reserve is about a ten minute drive south. You can walk for miles there. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust runs it.
Further out, within half an hour you've got the Seal Sanctuary at Mablethorpe, or Tattershall Castle. The National Trust's Gunby Estate is about 25 minutes inland if you fancy a stately home and gardens.
That's about it. It's a straightforward place in a good spot.
