The Lilac
The Lilac is one of a few cottages on a small farm in Burgh le Marsh. It's a quiet village inland in Lincolnshire. The cottage itself is in a converted barn.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a good standard. The stairs are fine, they're just a typical cottage staircase.
You get your own enclosed garden. It's a nice spot to sit out. There's also a shared hot tub you can book for a slot, which is separate from the cottage.
The place is set in about 25 acres of land, so there's room to wander. It's flat around here, good for easy walks. You can walk into the village. There are a couple of pubs there.
Skegness is about five miles away, so the coast is close if you want a beach day. It's a proper seaside town with all that goes with it.
If you want to explore further, the Lincolnshire Wolds are nearby for walking or driving through. You're not far from Gunby Hall, which is a National Trust place. And if you head up the coast, there's Gibraltar Point nature reserve.
For facilities: there's a wood burner, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
