Welton House is on Anchor Lane in Orby. It's a detached house, so no one is sharing any walls. It sleeps up to twelve people, which is why there are six bedrooms. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a bath and shower over it, the other is just a shower cubicle.
The place has a 5 Star rating. That means it's well kitted out and maintained. You've got two living spaces: a main sitting room with a TV and a games room. The kitchen is a good size for a group, with a dishwasher. There's a utility room off it with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a patio area, a BBQ, and a hot tub.
It's a rural spot. You're about a ten-minute drive from Skegness and the coast. There's a local pub walking distance away. An American-style diner with an ice cream parlour and a village shop is being built just behind the property, due to open soon.
For things to do, the Lincolnshire coast and beaches are obviously the main draw. There's golf nearby, and local fishing and horse riding if you arrange it in advance. Further afield, within about half an hour's drive, you've got Gibralter Point nature reserve and the market town of Spilsby. Lincoln is just over an hour away if you fancy a day trip.
Practical stuff: Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. It's family-friendly, we provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring up to four dogs.
