The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is in Burgh le Marsh, a village about five miles inland from Skegness. It's on a farm, so you've got fields around you. It's one of a few cottages on the site, but you get your own private garden.
It sleeps twelve. That's five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It's a 4 Star property, so everything is in good order. It's been done up in a country style with oak beams and floors.
The kitchen has a double range cooker. The dining room has a high vaulted ceiling. There's a large main living room with a wood burner and TV, plus a smaller snug room if people want to split up. Outside, there's an enclosed garden and a hot tub.
You can bring up to two dogs. They're welcome in the cottage but please don't leave them alone inside or let them on the furniture.
There are a couple of pubs in the village you can walk to. Skegness is about a ten minute drive for the beach and everything else there. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right there for walking. You can get to Gunby Hall, which is National Trust, in under half an hour.
Included in the price: all bedding and towels, WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and parking. You'll need to bring or buy your own logs for the wood burner.
