This is Pier View Apartment 1, in Skegness. It's a small apartment for two people, one room with a bed and a kitchen area in it, and a separate bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and it works.
The main thing is the location. You're right in the middle of town. The beach and the pier are about a two minute walk. All the amusements, fish and chip shops, and the main shops are on your doorstep. If you're coming for the classic Skegness feel, you're in the right spot.
It's a first floor flat, so there are stairs to climb. There's a shared entrance hallway, then your own front door. You can park on the street outside, it's usually not a problem finding a space.
The apartment has everything you'd need: TV, WiFi, bedding and towels. The shower is electric. The kitchenette has a hob, microwave, and fridge, so you can make breakfast or a simple meal.
If you want to get away from the seafront, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is about ten minutes by car. It's good for a walk. Further afield, within half an hour, you've got the Lincolnshire Wolds if you fancy a drive into the countryside.
