Chalet 61 is a holiday chalet on Golden Sands Park in Chapel St Leonards. It's a bungalow-style place, so everything's on one floor.
It's been done up recently. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Sleeps four. It's rated 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing is the location. The beach is about a ten minute walk away. It's a proper sandy beach, good for a long walk. The park itself is quiet.
You get your own garden and a patio area with furniture. There's parking right outside the chalet.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a washing machine.
In the village there's a few shops, a couple of pubs that do food, and a chip shop. For a bigger supermarket, you'd drive to Ingoldmells or Skegness.
Skegness is about a fifteen minute drive south. They've got all the usual seaside things there, and a nature reserve at Gibraltar Point. If you head north, you can get to Mablethorpe in about half an hour.
If you're interested in the wider area, the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has good information on nature reserves, and Visit Lincolnshire covers attractions.
