Orby Hall Studio 3
This is Orby Hall Studio 3. It's one of twelve new studio apartments we've got here in Orby village.
It's a ground floor apartment. It sleeps two people in the one room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It means it's well equipped and clean. The layout is all open plan, so the kitchen, living area and bed are all in the same space. It's a modern set up. The bathroom has a walk in shower.
Outside, there's a patio area. You get a parking space right outside.
The village has a pub about a mile away. It's a proper local. For a bigger day out, Skegness is about seven miles east. That's where the beach is.
If you like walking, there are footpaths straight from here into the fields. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is along the coast and worth a visit. Gunby Hall is a National Trust house and gardens, about a 15 minute drive. The Lincolnshire Wolds are also close by for more walking or driving through the hills.
In terms of what's here: there's a TV, WiFi, all bedding and towels are included, and the parking is on site. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. No pets, I'm afraid.
