Orby Hall Studio 1 is a new ground-floor studio apartment. It's one of a dozen similar ones, so it's modern and clean. You get your own front door.
It's basically one room. The kitchen area is at one end, the bed's at the other, and the bathroom is off to the side. Everything you need is in there. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped.
Being on the ground floor, it's easy to get in and out. The entrance and shower room are wheelchair accessible, but there are a couple of small lips at the patio door and into the shower. It's worth noting.
Outside, there's a small patio area with a table and chairs. You look out over a shared grass area. It's quiet.
The village of Orby is small. There's a pub about a mile away. It's a proper walk down a country lane, so take a torch at night. For anything else, you'll need to drive.
Skegness is about seven miles east. That's your nearest proper shops and the beach. If you like nature, Gibraltar Point is just past Skegness and is good for birdwatching.
Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about a twenty-minute drive. It's nice for a drive or a walk. For history, Gunby Hall is a National Trust place, also within half an hour.
Facilities-wise: there's parking right outside, Wi-Fi, a TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. No pets. It sleeps two, in one double bed.
