Orby Hall Studio 2
This is Orby Hall Studio 2. It's one of twelve new studio apartments on site, near Orby village in Lincolnshire. The studio sleeps two, so it's a place for one or two people.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's new, clean, and has everything you need. It's open plan, so the kitchen, living space, and bed are all in one room. There's a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Some studios are on the ground floor, some are upstairs. This one is wheelchair accessible, so it'll be a ground floor one.
Outside, you've got your own patio area. Parking is right there. There's a local pub in the village, about a mile away.
The main thing here is the location. You're straight out into the Lincolnshire countryside on foot. It's very flat and quiet. If you want the coast, Skegness is about seven miles east. For a better beach and nature, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is close by. That's good for birdwatching.
Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour's drive. They're gentle hills, good for a drive or a walk. If you're interested in a historic house, Gunby Hall is a National Trust place not far from here.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine on site for all the apartments to share. Because it's all one room, it might not suit you if you want separate space. But if you're just after a base to sleep and be out exploring, it does the job.
