Boothby House is in Welton le Marsh. That's a small village inland, about ten miles from Skegness.
It's a detached house. It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, so you shouldn't have too many queues. Two of the bedrooms have their own en-suite. There's a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, which is handy.
The main living area is open plan. There's a woodburner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is new and has a breakfast bar. The windows look out over the fields.
Outside, there's a big patio area with a table and a BBQ. Parking is easy, there's space for three cars. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
The place has a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. It's comfortable.
The village is quiet. There's no shop or pub in Welton le Marsh itself. For that, you'd drive a couple of miles to Burgh le Marsh or Spilsby.
In terms of things to do, the coast at Skegness is about twenty minutes away by car. Lincoln is a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right on the doorstep for walking. You could also visit Gunby Hall, which is a National Trust property.
For facilities, it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
