Orby Hall Studio 7 is one of twelve new studio apartments south of Skegness. They're in a converted stable block. It's for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well finished. You're on the first floor, so there's a flight of stairs to get up to it.
Inside, it's all one open plan room. The kitchen area is at one end, with an oven and hob. The bed is at the other. It's efficient. There's a walk-in shower in the bathroom.
Your studio has its own little patio area outside with a table and chairs. You share the main garden and grounds. Parking is right outside.
The local pub, the Admiral Digby, is about a mile away down the lane. It does food. For a walk, you can head straight out from the car park into the fields. It's very flat.
Skegness is about seven miles away. That's where the main beach is. For a quieter coast, Gibraltar Point nature reserve is about the same distance. It's good for birds. Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust runs it.
Further out, Gunby Hall is a National Trust house and gardens, about a 20 minute drive. The Lincolnshire Wolds, which are hilly for round here, are within half an hour too.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, all bedding and towels are provided. There's on-site parking. No pets.
