Orby Hall Studio 8
Orby Hall Studio 8 is one of twelve studio apartments here. They're all new. Six are on the ground floor, six on the first floor. This one is for two people.
It's open plan, so the kitchen, bed, and sitting area are all in one room. That works fine for a short stay. The bed is part of the living space. There's a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, there's a shared patio area with seating. Parking is on site.
The place has a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and clean. You've got WiFi, TV, and bedding and towels are included.
The local pub is about a mile away in the village. It does food. There are footpaths from the property straight out into the fields.
Skegness is about seven miles east if you want the beach. It's classic seaside stuff. Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is down that way too, good for birdwatching.
Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are close. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so good for driving or walking. Gunby Hall is a National Trust place about twenty minutes away. Useful links for that: National Trust Gunby Estate and Lincolnshire Wolds Countryside Service.
No pets allowed. The studio is all on one level, but check with us if you have specific access needs.
