Orby Hall Studio 6
This is Orby Hall Studio 6. It's a brand new studio flat, part of a small block of twelve. They're all done up the same, modern and clean. You get your own front door and a bit of patio outside.
It's for two people. One room, really. The bed, kitchen area, and sitting space are all open plan. There's a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything is on the ground floor and it's wheelchair friendly. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's well kitted out.
You're in Orby, which is a quiet village. The local pub is about a mile up the road. They do food. There are footpaths straight from the property into the fields if you want a walk.
Skegness is seven miles east if you want the beach. For something a bit wilder, Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is down that way too. It's good for birds. The Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour inland for driving or walking. If you like history, Gunby Hall is a National Trust place not far away.
What's here? There's parking right outside. TV and WiFi. The bedding and towels are provided. There's a washing machine in a shared utility room for the block. No pets.
