The Gallery Toynton All Saints

The Gallery is in Toynton All Saints, Lincolnshire. It's a one-bedroom place that sleeps two. It used to be an art studio, next to our house, but it's entirely separate with its own front door.

It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is open plan. There's one bathroom with a shower. The bed is upstairs, access is via a fixed ladder staircase. It's sturdy, but it's a ladder, so you need to be okay with that. We can provide a cot and a stairgate if you're bringing a small child.

You're welcome to use the two acres of garden we have here. It's shared with us, but there's plenty of room. You get nice views over the fields. We get a lot of wildlife, rabbits, birds, sometimes deer. One dog is welcome, small or medium sized. We just ask that you keep it on a lead in the garden.

The village is quiet. There's a local pub. The market town of Spilsby is two miles away for shops.

If you're here to get out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are right there for walking. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Skegness and Chapel St Leonards are that way. For a historical day out, Gunby Hall and Gardens is about six miles away. The Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at East Kirkby is also close if that's your interest.

What's here: WiFi, TV, washing machine, all bedding and towels. There's parking. We've put a highchair and a cot in there if needed. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
