Swan's Nest is in Filey. It's a three bedroom house, end of a terrace. You can walk into town from here, it's about ten minutes down to the beach.
It sleeps five. There's a double bedroom, a bunk room that's good for kids, and a single room. One bathroom, with a shower over the bath. The stairs are standard, nothing too steep.
You come in through a sunroom. It's useful for kicking off wet boots and there's a washing machine in there. The back garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got dogs or children. It's mainly lawn with a bit of patio.
The town has the usual seaside things: fish and chips, a few shops, amusements. The beach is good, long and sandy. For a good walk, head up to Filey Brigg. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs are a short drive north, famous for the puffins and gannets.
Scarborough is about fifteen minutes by car. They've got the castle and the Sealife Centre there. For a bigger day out, York is under an hour's drive. The North York Moors are accessible from there too.
Facilities wise: it's got a dishwasher, WiFi, parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
