Rutland Retreat
Rutland Retreat is a first-floor apartment in Filey. It's about a five minute walk from the beach. You can sometimes see a bit of sea between the buildings, more in the winter.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's got everything you need. The kitchen has the usual stuff, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a smart TV in the living room. The sofa's by a big bay window.
One well-behaved dog is welcome. We provide bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
For the area, you're right in town. The main street with the shops, cafes and a few restaurants is two minutes away. The beach is a flat walk, five minutes or so. It's a good sandy beach.
If you like walking, the Brigg is worth a look. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is about a fifteen minute drive. It's spectacular for seabirds. You can drive to Flamborough Head in under half an hour for more coastal walks. The North York Moors are within a 30 minute drive too.
There's golf locally. Parking is on the street, it's usually fine finding a space.
