Burrows Ridge
Burrows Ridge is in Appledore. It’s a detached house from a new development built in 2023, about a mile from the sea.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. The other two are doubles. It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything inside is new and clean.
Downstairs, there’s a separate lounge with a Smart TV, and a kitchen-diner with a sofa and breakfast bar. There’s also a downstairs toilet. The back garden is fully enclosed. It’s got a lawn, a patio with furniture, and gets the sun. You can park two cars off the road.
The house has the basics: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and a cot and stairgate if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two pets.
Appledore village is close by, good for a wander and a look over at Instow. Westward Ho! beach, which is popular for surfing, is about a mile away.
Within half an hour you can get to the bigger beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde. Braunton Burrows is nearby for walks. Barnstaple is about eight miles for shopping. For a day out further afield, you’ve got Exmoor or the coastline down towards Bideford.
