Heale Cottage
Heale Cottage is in Littleham, just outside Bideford. It's a semi-detached cottage, sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean.
The cottage is in the Yeo Valley. The garden is split between the front and side. There's a patio with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There's also a table tennis table in the outbuilding if you fancy a game.
Inside, it's straightforward. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site.
Littleham village has a pub and restaurant about a mile and a half walk away. For a bigger shop, Bideford is two miles. It's an old port town with a quay.
The beach at Westward Ho! is about four miles drive. It's a long, sandy beach. The Tarka Trail is half a mile from the cottage. You can join it at Landcross Bridge for walking or cycling.
Golf, fishing, and horse riding are all nearby, within about five miles.
