Lynch Annexe
Lynch Annexe is in Appledore. It's a studio annexe next to our house. It sleeps two.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. Everything is on one level, which is handy. The doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair to get through.
Inside, it's one open room. There's a double bed, a table and chairs, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, and a sink. There's no oven or hob. For a proper meal, you'd need to use the microwave or eat out. The shower room is separate from the loo.
Outside, there's a small patio with a table and chairs. You can see a bit of the sea from there. Parking is for one car, right outside.
Appledore itself is a fishing village on the estuary. It's nice to walk around the little streets. There are a few pubs and cafes. Bideford is two miles away for bigger shops.
The beach at Westward Ho! is about two miles away. It's sandy and good for surfing. Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, and Croyde are a short drive further on.
If you like walking, the Tarka Trail starts nearby. It's a flat path on an old railway line, good for cycling too. The South West Coast Path is also right there. For local attractions, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are about a half hour drive.
It has Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and bedding and towels are included. There's no washing machine. Sorry, no pets.
