Mont Blanc House is in Braunton. It's a modern terraced house.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs and another shower room attached to the top floor bedroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable and recently done up. The stairs are a normal flight to the first floor, then a steeper, narrower set goes up to the top bedroom.
You've got a garden out the back, which is enclosed, and parking for one car on the drive.
The village has everything: shops, pubs, a few places to eat. There's a good fish and chip shop. It's the main place for surfers round here, so there are surf shops and the Museum of British Surfing.
You're really well placed for the beaches. Saunton Sands is about five minutes by car. The dunes there, Braunton Burrows, are the biggest in England. Croyde and Putsborough are about ten minutes. Woolacombe is about fifteen. All good for surfing, swimming, or just walking.
The Tarka Trail starts nearby. It's a flat path on an old railway line, good for walking or cycling. Saunton Golf Club is close.
If you want to explore further, Exmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive. The coast either side has places like Ilfracombe, or Lynton and Lynmouth. There are family places like The Big Sheep or Exmoor Zoo within a thirty minute drive.
Facilities: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a TV.
