Mont Blanc House
Mont Blanc House is in Braunton. It's a terraced house, fairly modern. You get an enclosed garden out the back and space to park one car.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. There's an ensuite shower off the main bedroom too. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The village has everything you need: shops, cafés, quite a few pubs. There's a famous fish and chip shop here too. It's a proper base for the area.
You're about ten minutes by car from the big surfing beaches. Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe. They're all that way. Saunton has huge dunes behind it, the Braunton Burrows. Good for walks and dogs.
The Tarka Trail starts nearby. It's a flat path on an old railway line, popular for cycling and walking. You can hire bikes in Braunton.
For a day out, Exmoor National Park is under an hour's drive. The coast either side is dramatic, places like Lynton and Lynmouth or Clovelly. There are family attractions like the Big Sheep or Combe Martin Wildlife Park within about half an hour.
In the house, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are included. It takes up to two pets.
