Surfers Hideaway

Surfers Hideaway is a bungalow on a quiet site about twenty minutes walk from Woolacombe beach. It's all on one level.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has bunk beds. There's a shower room. The rating is 3 Star, so it's clean and functional but not luxurious.

The main room is open plan. Kitchen at one end, living area at the other. There's a table and chairs to eat at. The sofa turns into a bed for an extra person if you need it. There's a TV with Freeview and a DVD player with some films.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, and an under-counter fridge. No freezer.

You can bring up to three dogs, but there isn't a private garden or yard. They'd be inside with you, so you'd need to bring a bed for them.

Woolacombe beach is the main draw. It's a long, sandy beach, good for surfing and walking. The village has shops, pubs, and places to eat, all about the same walk away.

A short drive gets you to Croyde, which has another great surf beach. Ilfracombe is along the coast too, with a harbour and some shops.

For walking, the South West Coast Path runs right past Woolacombe. You can get on it from the beach. Inland, Exmoor is about half an hour's drive.

Included in the price: bedding, towels, electricity. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
