Seagrass

Seagrass is an apartment on the second floor of an old Georgian house in Ilfracombe. It's a listed building, so the windows are nice and big, and you get a good view of the sea from the living room.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one's a double and one has twin beds. There's one bathroom, plus another separate toilet, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and it works.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all in one open space. There's a Smart TV and a washer/dryer. The kitchen has what you need.

Parking is on-site for one car. The space is tight though, so it's not suitable for anything very big like a motorhome. There are other car parks nearby.

You're about a ten minute walk from Ilfracombe harbour and the nearest beach. The town has the usual seaside things: fish and chips, ice cream, a few shops. Damien Hirst's 'Verity' statue is on the harbour arm.

For walks, you're right on the South West Coast Path. The local bit goes up to Hillsborough hill for the view, or you can head towards Lee Bay. Arlington Court is about 20 minutes drive inland, and Exmoor National Park is a short drive away too.

The famous beaches like Woolacombe and Croyde are a 15 to 20 minute drive west. You can get boat trips from the harbour to Lundy Island, or just go out for a look at the coast.

Included in the price: all utilities, WiFi, bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
