High Tide
High Tide is a ground floor flat in Combe Martin. It's about 300 yards from the beach, which is a shingle and sand mix. You get a view of the sea and the Welsh coast from the patio.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kitted out. Everything's on one level inside, which is handy. You do have to go up one flight of stairs from the car park to get to the front door.
The living area has patio doors that open onto the garden. The garden is on two levels and is enclosed. There's a private parking space for one car.
You can walk to a few shops, cafes, and pubs in five minutes. The local beach is good for a swim and the sunsets are often very nice. The South West Coast Path is just a few minutes' walk away if you want to go for a proper walk.
Combe Martin is well placed for getting around. Ilfracombe is about three miles away. It's got a harbour, Damien Hirst's 'Verity' statue, and you can get boat trips from there. Exmoor National Park starts about six miles inland. Lynton and Lynmouth are 13 miles along the coast, with the cliff railway. The Tarka Trail for cycling is also easily reached.
For facilities, it's got a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed, which is useful for them.
